About Seedefence Floor Coating and How Referrals Work
Request an estimate
Who We Are
Seedefence Floor Coating is a referral service. A homeowner describes a concrete floor, and the request goes to an independent local provider in our network. That is the whole job.
Why the Desk Exists
Searching for a coating provider takes time. Websites look alike. Quotes arrive late or not at all. Seedefence Floor Coating cuts the searching so the project starts while the floor problem is still small.
Match, Quote, Maintain
The process has three steps.
- Match: you describe the slab, the size and the finish you want.
- Quote: a provider reviews the details and prepares a written estimate.
- Maintain: the provider explains how to care for the floor afterward.
The last step matters. A coating that is never cleaned or checked wears out early. Ask every provider for a simple care plan.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in the network are independent businesses. They are expected to:
- Answer homeowner requests promptly.
- Explain surface prep, cure times and materials in plain terms.
- Give written quotes.
- Handle their own licensing, insurance and permits where required.
Check these items yourself before you hire anyone.
What Seedefence Floor Coating Does Not Do
Seedefence Floor Coating does not grind, coat, seal or install anything. It does not set prices, schedule crews or supervise jobs. Your contract is with the provider. Any warranty comes from the provider, so read it before you sign.
How the Site Is Funded
Providers in the network may pay a fee for requests that are sent to them. Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire anyone. You choose whether to move forward.
Get Connected
Start with the estimate form. Describe the floor, add photos if you have them, and a provider follows up.
If you would rather talk, request a callback to check provider availability.
